Positive Self Talk Works
Bob Marley said, “Love the life you live; live the life you love.”
Sometimes, even though you know deep in your heart that you should be in love with your life, there are days when you do not feel it.
You feel sometimes that you aren’t good enough, smart enough, pretty enough or happy enough.
Your self worth has hit the bottom of the bucket.
You have the ability within yourself though to change this attitude and take back your power and self worth.
A few positive affirmations every morning helps me to remember that I am happy with my life. I am happy with my body. I am happy with the way I look.
I am a firm believer in self-talk. I tell myself daily that I am good enough. I am smart enough. I am pretty enough. I am happy with my life.
I repeat these affirmations until I believe them again and I no longer feel defeated or unhappy.
Just a few positive affirmations repeated daily can improve your ability to see your own self worth. You see, you really are what you think about.
If you think you are worthless, you will be. If you think you are unhappy, you will be. If you think you aren’t intelligent you will be.
The first thing to remember is to wake up each morning and feel grateful. Feel grateful for all that you have even if you do not have everything that you want to have yet.
Did you know that is has been proven that feeling grateful each morning will actually cause your brain to be more accepting of the things that you do have around you. It will also cause your brain to be more positive and appreciative of what you do have.
I discovered that when I journalized the things that I am grateful for, my mind automatically became more positive. It gave me reasons to look forward to my day and to love myself more.
Love yourself more. Love yourself enough to move away from instant gratification and momentary self indulgences to attain your goals and dreams. Get annoyed with your lack of inclination and lack of motivation and form new habits that will propel you to where you wish to be. Find your inner peace and contentment and remember to be grateful for what you do have while working towards what it is that want to have.
If you wish to make adjustments in your attitude and become more positive, begin by journalizing your feelings and what you are grateful for. Then journalize some simple affirmations and remember them throughout your day.

There are so many positive things that you can tell yourself each morning. By repeating your affirmations every day, you will reach the new you that you wish to become.
